Received a rather dubious phone call from an unsolicited number. The chap on the other end was rather unconvincing, claiming he could magically lower my corporation tax to zero. Definitely felt too fishy for my liking!

I picked up after three rings, only for the caller to immediately hang up. It’s baffling that the powers that be permit the use of these unaccountable numbers for leasing. Honestly, it's far too easy for someone to acquire a number just to cause trouble. The surest way to confirm it’s a leased line is to try calling it back… and all you get is that frustrating disconnected tone. Quite infuriating!

I've been receiving calls from this number incessantly, and every time I answer, there's nothing but silence on the line. I've tried blocking the number, yet they persist in leaving these quiet voicemails. It's rather frustrating! I've reported the issue to my service provider as well.

Received a couple of calls from this number, one yesterday and another today. When I answered, I greeted the chap on the line, and he responded with a 'hello' but then fell silent. I could hear the sounds of an office bustling in the background, yet he chose not to utter another word. To pass the time, I simply muted the call and decided to let him feel he was on the line, waiting till he hung up, which took him a good six minutes.
