The only delivery I’m expecting right now is from Asda for groceries. She then asked for a different bank account or another credit card so they could charge me over the phone. 020369290 is from AskShoping, which is Asda's team for replying to emails sent to Asda. It threw me off at first as I had to ask the lady a few questions to understand who she was. Turned out she was replying to an email I’d sent about some issues with my Asda delivery and a possible fix I suggested. She was very polite, apologised for the trouble, listened carefully to what I said, and took everything on board. So it’s legit, not any sort of spam call. If they ring you, now you know who it is and what it’s about.
