I’m not disclosing their identity, but it was a rather chatty call centre that claimed they’d ring again later. Seems like they’re just wasting their own resources by calling me-silly them! I've now blocked the number.

A friendly tip for anyone else plagued by such calls: label them as "Do Not Answer" in your phonebook, then simply disregard them or hit the block option. It really does make life a bit easier!
