She started by saying she was from the CAB, but when I questioned her about the false claim, all she did was keep repeating the same thing. So I just ended the call and put her on block.

Really annoying! They kept ringing me up, insisting I’d been in a no fault crash. When I told them it was actually a deer I hit, suddenly they put me through to a “supervisor” like they didn’t know what to say. The first person who called clearly wasn’t prepared for that response. Eventually, I caught the name Star Handler Services, but once I mentioned the deer again, they just ended the call. They’re really pushy, keep bugging you nonstop and don’t seem to take no for an answer about removing you from their list or whatever database they’re pulling from. Frustrating!
