So I got a call from acm, some claims management lot, saying the people I’d nudged at a crawl (like 2 mph) were saying they had neck pain. I told them that was a bit cheeky, seeing as those folks weren’t even in the car when it happened! Then they just hung up on me. That was yesterday. Fast forward to today, they called again, I told the same tale, and suddenly they promised to wipe my details from their system. Been googling them, and it looks like they’ve been at this since at least 2013. Seriously, shouldn’t someone put an end to this?

Someone called me from this number saying they were from my insurance company. They promised to sort out my complaint and give me some compensation if I told them what I had gone through. Not sure if it’s legit though.

Got a call from acm about some road accident. If I wanted help, I’d have asked for it, simple as that. The caller really should get that when you say “not interested”, it means just that!
