I looked the number up on Google and lots of others have been called by this same number. I reckon it’s some kind of telemarketing or scam call and they quickly decided I wasn’t worth their time. They just cut the call right away. I looked up the number online and saw loads of others have had the same call. Got a call from 02 trying to push contract upgrades even tho I’d just renewed. Clearly they didn’t even look at my account. Fair advice, make sure you actually do upgrade when your deal ends, coz I didn't last year and ended up getting slugged an extra £35 on my bill. I was on a promo for just a year and no one gave me a heads up that it needed renewing. Proper got caught out with no warning whatsoever.

Just a heads up, make sure you actually renew or upgrade your plan proper, cos last year I didn’t and ended up with a £35 surprise on my bill.
