I got a call saying my washing machine's 5 year warranty was nearly up, which isn’t correct. They also insisted we hadn’t made any claims during that period, but that’s false too. On top of that, they pretended to be the company from which we originally bought the warranty, which definitely isn’t the case. Very misleading.

I called but it just went straight to voicemail, no answer at all.

When I answered, there was just silence for a moment then suddenly a recorded voice came on saying all operators are busy!
