This number just rang me up recently, and I noticed I'd missed another call earlier while I was out. When I answered, there was loads of noise in the background and a woman with a foreign accent yelling. She knew my name and claimed I'd just registered for some sort of "trading" scheme to earn cash. I told her I hadn't signed up for anything like that, but she kept pushing, so I said I don't have any money, have never done online investing, and asked her not to call me again.

Beware of Hedgestone Group, they keep ringing from different numbers. They try to get you to invest in options trading but it’s all a con. I personally lost about £16000 to them, and then they pressured me to get a bank loan of £25000 so they could rip me off even more. Total scam.

These calls keep coming through and I normally just let them go to voicemail. But last night, around 9:45pm, I picked up and didn’t say a word. All I could hear was some music playing and someone yelling my first name twice before hanging up. Honestly, it felt pretty unsettling and made me a bit anxious. 😕

sounds like one of those uk-based scams, pushing you hard to cough up 200 quid for some mega money deal. they say they’re from somewhere in south africa - that’s why the accent sounded a bit off. watch out for these pressure tactics!

I got a call from Hedgestone Group trying to get me to invest in some kind of trading scheme. They start you off with £200, then push for £1000, and later £5000. They kept saying your cash is safe and if you don't have the money, just go ahead with the payment anyway. Even if the bank turns it down, apparently they’ll sort it out for you. Seems really dodgy to me. I’d steer clear of this lot.

Got a call from a woman named Pheobe claiming to be from Hedgestone binary shares, asking for my credit card info to set up an account. She was pretty insistent. I made it clear I never share my card numbers over the phone and mentioned that the share firm I was interested in wasn’t Hedgestone anyway.

Some guy rang me claiming he was from the bank and needed my card details. He said he was going to withdraw £200 even though I don’t have that much in my account. He told me he’d ring me again next week to go over what we talked about. I’m genuinely worried now, thinking I might end up with no money to buy food for me and my daughter.

I've had calls from this number and also from 020 3670 9766 about six times all together this week alone. I've now blocked both as it's getting really annoying. They keep telling me I've supposedly joined some online money-making scheme, which I have no clue about. Whenever I ask them to take me off their list, they get really pushy and quite rude.
