The card was brand new too, hadn’t even been used before. On top of that, they shared my private info - credit card details, security codes, phone number, address - with some third parties. I’ve sent them a formal complaint through the data protection agency weeks ago but got no reply. Just now they rang me, but the call was silent, I could hear noise in the background but no one was speaking! Plus, since they're a Spanish finance firm, their activities aren't fully protected under UK law, according to the card company’s fraud team.
