TradeXtra has really done a number on me! After taking the money we had both agreed upon, they went ahead and opened another account with a different firm to extract the same funds, all within a mere nine minutes of the legitimate transaction on a brand new card that had never been used. It's absurd! They’ve also mishandled my personal details-credit card info, security codes, phone number, and my address-all passed on to some shady affiliates. Weeks ago, I sent off a formal letter about this to the data protection office, but I’m yet to hear back. They just rang me, but it was a silent call; I could hear some background noise, but the caller was completely mute! What’s worse, it turns out they aren’t entirely under the jurisdiction of English law because they’re a Spanish financial entity, according to the fraud department at my credit card provider. Seriously, steer clear of these folks!
