I got a call from a call centre trying to set up a Zoom meeting with someone from Aegis. After I looked them up online, I found out they said my timeshare contract might not be legit, so I chose to cancel the meeting.

My mate has been constantly getting calls from this number, 0203 670 1761, along with a few other ones. It all started when she got an invoice about some diamond timeshare, which she used to be involved with. Since she contacted them back, they've taken it as a green light to keep pressing her. They ring her several times every day, and at one point even wanted her to join a Zoom call. It's really stressed her out and she's feeling quite poorly because of it.

i went through something very similar. after looking it up on companies house, i found out that CIC actually went into receivership. so until their assets are sorted or sold off, we're stuck covering those ongoing maintenance charges. they make it sound quite straightforward to sort out, but honestly, it's nowhere near as simple as they claim. i've ended up blocking their number on my phone now.

This caller said they were from some timeshare help group, but I’ve never heard of them and couldn’t find any website or info to back it up. How did they even get hold of my number? They claimed that Club La Costa was about to enter receivership and urged me to ditch my contract fast, or else I’d be stuck covering the yearly fees for the whole term. After looking into it, I don’t think any of that’s accurate. I’m definitely not planning to call them back or deal with them anymore.

I got a call from 02036701761 saying they're some kind of time share help service that assists in getting out of time shares. I'm not totally sure if they're legit or not, a bit iffy really.
