On Friday 6th October 2023 at about 11:51am I got a call from a woman speaking with an accent that seemed African or Asian. She asked if I was a BT broadband customer and if I had checked my connection since 7:30 that morning. It didn't feel right to me, so I told her I didn’t think she was really with BT and quickly hung up.
