I sent them a written cancellation along with my feedback on their "service," expecting a refund within 30 days as per their terms. However, it’s been 45 days with no response, no refund, and no action from them. Total scam! TBS keeps insisting they’re not a dodgy company and that any complaints are unfair, so let’s see you prove that by returning my cash.
