She promised a free phone upgrade along with £5 a month for a year and a hamper as a thank you if I agreed. She sounded like she was reading off a script, talking way too fast - I had to tell her to slow down because I barely caught what she was saying. I told her there were police at my door and ended the call. There's no way I was giving out my info. If she really worked for them, they’d have all my details already.
