You really shouldn’t jump into every trading chance you get, loads of scams out there. I lost about $560,875 myself, it was horrendous. The person on the line spoke with a foreign accent and claimed to be from Microsoft, saying there was an issue with my computer and they needed remote access to fix it. I told them my computer hadn’t been switched on for a couple of weeks, so it couldn’t be right. I also asked them to remove me from their call list and stop attempting to scam folks like this.

I got a call from the number 0203 6593222 saying they were from Microsoft, claiming they could help me avoid a hack. I asked the woman to just email me the details and then ended the call. She rang back almost immediately, still trying to guide me through some steps. The accent definitely wasn’t local English, and she said she was calling from Thames Valley. I just hung up again.
