For the past couple of days, this number keeps ringing me up. The person on the other end speaks with a thick foreign accent, and the line is super noisy, making it hard to catch what they're saying. She claimed it wasn’t a sales call but something about an energy certificate? I kept asking loads of questions, and suddenly she just dropped the call LOL.
