They went by actor solutions or something, super rude right after you pick up. Check out some videos on YouTube about these scam calls, could give you some ideas on how to deal with them. You can properly annoy them back.

I told them to quit bloody ringing me all the time.

They claimed to be from Actor Solutions and had an outdated address for me. When I asked to be taken off their list, they asked why I wanted that. After I explained I wasn’t owed any refunds and to please remove me, they just ended the call. I’ve blocked the number now.
