She asked if I could spare about 10 minutes to do the survey, and I agreed. After the usual bit about calls being recorded for training, she began asking me about the financial products I use with Marks and Spencer. But I wasn’t comfortable sharing that kind of info with someone I couldn’t verify was really from my bank. I told her I was about to end the call, and she just said ‘ok’, so I hung up.

Got a disturbing call way past midnight, really annoying.
