this person called me claiming to be from some sort of call preference service based in london and told me she'd stop all annoying international calls. she also mentioned she’d take me off some list of folks supposedly using this service (which honestly hasn’t done much good). then she just hung up. i tried 1471 later but it didn’t show her number anywhere.

somewoman rang up claiming to be from some telephone preference thing based in london, saying she could stop all those annoying foreign calls. she also told me she’d take my number off their list cause apparently i was on it already (which doesn’t seem to work well at all). after a while she finally hung up. when i checked with 1471, there was no trace of her number anywhere.
