13 yearsGot a letter from this number claiming to be the post office, but it was pretty dodgy. The envelope was already open when it showed up. It said our internet usage went over the limit and that they’d be slowing down our connection. It looked like it came from the post office but something felt off. Paper seemed like a photocopy, my name was in huge letters with some random number after it, plus the postcode was nonsense - definitely not a real one. The phone number isn’t a genuine post office contact either. I called the post office myself and they confirmed it wasn’t from them. I sent them copies and all the info by email to warn them.
