Im a bit hesitant to pick up when its an 020 number, cos I saw a post on Facebook where a guy said he got a call from a number starting with 020, and once he picked up, he ended up with a £340 bill (the number he mentioned was 02079461291). Makes me think twice before answering.

They've been ringin non stop but no one ever picks up. Its super irritating and kinda invasive. I’ve ended up blocking the number now.

This number keeps ringing me, and every time I pick up, I’m greeted by a recorded message that simply says ‘goodbye’ before it cuts off. I have a sneaking suspicion it’s one of those pesky calls designed to see when folks are most likely to answer. I’ve had enough of it-straight onto my block list it goes!
