10 yearsI’m on oxygen all day and night because of having only one lung and C.O.P.D. I’ve also got an emergency care line linked to my phone, so my phone must always be free and clear. At 10:48, I got a call from this number (02036377986). I answered after it rang for about 5 minutes, but when I picked up and asked who was calling, there was silence. They kept asking “Who’s calling?” over and over again, but no one would talk. After asking a few times, I warned them I’d hang up if they didn’t speak. Suddenly, a voice said something about my warranty being expired and needing to renew for some coverage, then hung up. What warranty? My cooker and washing machine are both paid off and I don’t do warranties - if they break, I just buy new ones. I’m definitely reporting this number to the Telephone Ombudsman.
