This is definitely a spam call, probably one of those scams where they try to snatch your info. Best thing is to just ignore it. If you fancy having a bit of fun and got the time, pick up and waste their time by giving them bogus info. It'll cost them and stop em bothering others, haha!

I got a call from Thermogen who claimed they’d already sent me some info, so they reckoned it was okay to ring me even though I’m on the TPS. The woman on the other end got really pushy and kept talking right over me, so in the end I just had to hang up.
