They pretend to be all sorts of companies, but K&S Legal is genuine, and these frauds just use their name to seem legit if you check online. They use something called a SIP number, which works like a Skype phone but looks like a proper number on your caller ID. Honestly, the best move is to give them a flat no, get yourself a phone with call blocking features, and just block their number straight away.

When I get spam calls on my landline, I just leave the handset off the hook beside the phone. They can't ring out again until you actually hang up, so if you don't need to use the phone for a while, it’s a good little trick that costs them. One time, a scammer rang me just before I went away, and I left the phone off the hook for over a week while I was abroad. Hopefully, someone got in trouble for letting that happen!
