Last night, this bloke with a thick accent and a beard, who sounded like he was handing out poppadoms or something, said his name was Kevin. I told him off and then blocked his number straight away.

This morning they called me three separate times but wouldn't say anything about who they were or what it was regarding unless I confirmed I was the person they wanted. Eventually, they said it was from Claims Inclusive, probably about PPI. I gave them a very frosty reception and have blocked the number since!
