PPI Fraudulent Activity. When I informed them that I didn’t possess any of the items they mentioned, like credit cards or personal loans, they were quite courteous and remarked that it seemed there wouldn’t be a claim possible. They then wrapped up the conversation with a cheery ‘have a lovely evening’.
