I always pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise but I just stay quiet and put the phone down till they end the call. When this 020 36345889 number called, I did the same. Later, I rang back from my landline and got a recorded message saying something about “claims inclusive.” Didn’t bother with them again and blocked the number straight away.
