DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS NUMBER - It’s a total con! A woman rang me saying she was from ITV, claiming I had won a competition I’d entered. It struck me as odd when she asked me to establish a direct debit for £39.00 per month for some lottery syndicate. If I'd genuinely won, I'd hardly be expected to fork out any money! When I pushed back and said no to the direct debit, her tone turned quite hostile and confrontational. It was really unsettling, especially since she had my full address details. STEER CLEAR OF THIS NUMBER!

Today, I got four calls from this number on my mobile while I was at work. The moment I pick up, the call just cuts off straight away! Is there any chance I'm getting charged for these? Anyone know how to block these calls?
