This number keeps calling me and it's such a hassle. Honestly, the best thing is to not pick up at all. But if you do happen to answer, just tell them you’re going to put them on hold and then leave them waiting. It’s a good way to turn the tables and maybe they’ll stop bothering you after a bit.

Ascend tried to grab 35% of my refund for some packaged bank account deal. Took ages chatting with the bloke, and luckily he wasn’t about to scam others at the same time I was on the phone. I never once agreed to the “Pack” they’re mailing me, so that’s just going straight in the rubbish. Total waste of time.

On 25 Jan 2016, they rang me twice. The first time, they hung up before I got my mobile out of my pocket. Then they called again right as I was about to put my phone away. I could hear several people talking in the back, like a call centre or something. The moment I picked up, they ended the call. I've blocked this number since then.

Got a call from Ascent trying to get me to sign up for some banking refund deal. Definitely just one of those cold call companies, best to just hang up on them.

They rang up asking for my bank info, I just told them to buzz off. No way am I handing out that kinda stuff on the phone.

I keep getting calls from this number, they keep asking for a person that’s not me. I’ve told them plenty of times that they’ve got the wrong person and asked them to remove my number, but they just won’t stop ringing. It’s quite annoying how they ignore my requests to erase my details from their records.
