As soon as I picked up the phone, they started telling me the deadline was right then and there. It felt kinda rushed, like I had no time to think or ask questions. Such a stressful way to get a message across!

Harrington Advisory - Mr Patel gave me a ring, and was really courteous. We ended up chatting about PPI calls and how I was fed up with them - he mentioned that the info they had was from a verified source, and we went over finances from before 2009. He was pretty insistent that I might be missing out on both PPI and PPA, so I’ve decided to go ahead and try to make a claim. Hopefully, if nothing comes of it, they’ll stop bothering me after that.
