He then claimed that they acquire phone numbers from a company called 'Octashare', which is meant to vet them or something. He assured me that he would remove my information from their database and not contact me again. Time will tell if they'll stick to their word!

I received a call from somebody claiming to be with Brighter Homes, along with a few other firms, it seems. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly impolite. When I asked for my details to be taken off their list, he seemed quite taken aback and wanted to know my reasons. I simply stated that I had no interest in their services, to which he rudely replied, "That’s not an acceptable answer," before abruptly hanging up! Honestly, how does he expect to garner any interest from potential customers acting like that?
