Accident claims, PPI stuff or some other rubbish. I’ve figured one thing out. They must be getting my number from sites like Gumtree where people sell lists. I got a brand new number with a different network and didn’t get any spam calls at all until I posted a few ads on Gumtree to sell some stuff. Now, in just a couple days, I’ve had over 20 spam calls from all sorts of companies. Also got a few annoying texts too. Proper muppets. And those who gather and sell our private info are just lowlife scum. Get a proper job, muppets!

It's one of those claims call scams. If you use an iPhone and want to block these numbers as they ring, just head to your recent calls and tap the little "i" next to the number in the list. Then, on the next screen, choose "block this caller". It won’t stop every similar number since these firms use lots of similar ones, but you’ll spot them easily because they usually start with something like "020 3634". Just block each one as you get them, bit by bit.

Even tho it shows as a London number, it’s actually some Indian call centre behind it, doing scam calls to dodge the UK’s cold call laws. Really unfair these Indian places don’t face the same £250,000 fines that UK ones do. I’m gonna keep reporting the number anyway, see if it helps.

Some woman named Melissa rang me from this number again, I get calls from it all the time. She said I was in some kind of accident lately, I told her no and asked to talk later as I was busy. Then she started swearing at me, called me a rude b**** and just hung up. Honestly, it left me feeling really upset.

they keep ringing me nonstop. I picked up on weds thinking it was about an appointment for my fridge freezer - silly me. a man with a foreign accent asked if i'd been in an accident, i said no, it’s a medical condition. he didnt seem to understand, then handed me over to someone else, i said i had to go. now this company is calling every day, sometimes over 3 times daily. i dont answer but they leave silent messages, just office sounds and people chatting in the background. honestly, this should be banned, it’s ridiculous.
