Got called by this number a few times now, always some bloke with a Liverpool accent asking for Lilian. I don't know anyone called that, and definitely no one who uses this phone. When I tell him that, he just goes "no worries, have a good one." First time I thought it was an honest mix-up, but now it's the third or fourth time and it's starting to get a bit annoying.

Some bloke said he was from "Nationwide" and even knew my name. He wanted to chat about a supposed car accident I had. I told him I hadn’t been in any accident, then he cut me off straight away. Tried ringing back a few times but the call just dropped every single time (guess he’s blocked my number or something). Anyway, I’ve now blocked him myself, but this kind of stuff really needs sorting out at the source.

AMS Nationwide made 5 silent calls to me over just 2 days, its honestly ridiculous and OFCOM needs to step in! A £500K fine still doesn’t seem to stop these annoying idiots. They also ring from numbers like 02036342770 and others to bug people. Just so you know, I’ve sent this link over to Ofcom so they can look into it properly.

Got a proper rude guy ringin me mobile, asked for me by name. Said it was about some accident, but I told him I wasn’t bothered. Then he started questioning why I hung up on him, which I don’t usually do - I’m not that nasty to folks just trying to make a living. But honestly, his attitude was just plain disrespectful.

This number and 02036342749 are probably from the same place. Didn’t even get a chance to find out why they were calling. The accent was so thick I couldn’t make it out. They asked for a name, I asked what it was about, and the 2749 one said they were estate agents. I told them I wasn’t interested and they just cut off. This number asked for a wrong name, I said it’s not the right one and they hung up again! Pretty clear it’s a scam.

Got a call from a bloke with a Liverpool accent saying he was from AMS Nationwide, about an accident I supposedly had in the past 2 and a half years. I don’t think he even said my name. I told him I haven’t been in any accident. He just apologised for the trouble, said he’d take me off their list, and thanked me before hanging up. Not pushy but definitely seemed like spam.
