Looks like these calls are just folks trying to gather active phone numbers to pass on to other telemarketers. Blocking this number won’t really help since your details will likely get traded again. Probably best to get an answering machine that automatically declines unknown callers who aren’t family, so they have to say who they are and you can decide whether to pick up.
