This number rang me a bit ago but I don’t pick up calls if I can’t see who it is first. I reckon loads of these calls we get are just from some computer, not an actual person, which is why no one talks when you pick up. If you try calling back and no one answers or it just cuts off, maybe there’s nobody there to take the call right then. The computer probably makes the call, and if someone on the other end is free, an operator answers. Just a guess though, might be nonsense - who knows!
