Today I got a call from someone claiming my "computer licence number" was expired and I had to renew it, otherwise my computer would be blocked. The caller sounded like he had an Indian or some other Asian accent and said his name was "Austin Smith". He also said he worked for some "Microsoft services support company" or something like that. I told him I'd call back later after I looked into the phone number, and he seemed fine with that.

These individuals seem to call us about five times a day, despite the fact that we've had conversations with them each time. It's getting to the point where they're starting to be quite disrespectful!
