I got calls from this number a couple times within just 48 hours, but they never left any voicemail when I didn’t answer. After the second missed call, I called straight back and ended up on an answerphone which said everyone at [#]yourmobile[###] was away at lunch! Quite strange, really.

I got a call from someone who said they were from Vodafone, trying to pitch some deal for small businesses and self-employed folks. The caller spoke really clearly and had a proper UK accent. I told them I wasn’t interested at all, and they just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from 02036276918 earlier, claimed to be from EE apparently handling Virgin, which is who I use for my phone. Was pretty iffy about it but let the guy talk. He wanted to pitch some “amazing” deal for small businesses. I cut him off and said I don’t run a small business. Then he mentioned my old business that I used to have a Facebook page for, which really creeped me out. Told him in a nice way to jog on after that.

Had a call from 02036276918 today, someone claiming to be from EE and managing my Virgin mobile account. I was instantly doubtful but let them talk for a bit. They wanted to pitch me a “fantastic” deal for small businesses. I cut them off and said, “I don’t run a small business.” Then, suddenly they mentioned an old business I had ages ago with a Facebook page. I just told the bloke, quite nicely, where to shove it.

Got a call from this number again, but no voicemail left. That’s the second time they've tried me.

i got a call from someone claiming to be my phone company, asking loads of questions about my phone. At first, i believed them, but then i asked why they didn’t have my info if they were really my provider. Their reply was "that’s why i’m checking with you". i told them i wasn’t interested in upgrading my phone and ended the call. later, they left a voicemail but it was empty.

Got a call and when I picked up, there was a pause before anyone spoke, so I figured it was some kind of automated thing. Then the voice went, “hello, I don’t know who I should be talking to, I’m ringing from O2 about this very number.” I just ended the call after that.
