4 monthsThis number rang me very late, around 23:55 on 16th March 2026. I only just worked out it was BOnline. Why are they bothering folks at such a ridiculous hour? They called again this morning about broadband and a landline, and I told them I was thinking about it. Well, scratch that now. Also, I've had calls from Sky twice this week - once at 6:45am on the 14th and then again at 3:26am on the 15th. What on earth are these companies trying to do? Honestly, it’s really annoying.BOnlineSky8 monthsGot loads of spam texts from them about unauthorised and dodgy activity, even though I’ve never signed up or had any dealings with this lot. Total nonsense.1 yearI stupidly went with this company thinking I'd get both broadband and VoIP, but all they did was install VoIP and ended up cancelling my broadband with Vodafone without telling me. On top of that, the price was way higher than what they first said, so I ended up cancelling everything. Worst part is, I’ve now lost my landline number that I've had for almost 50 years! Now I have to inform everyone I know that my landline's gone. They keep calling me, but I’m not planning to pick up any of their calls.Vodafone1 yearBonline keeps ringing me up, like twice each day, and it's really getting on my nerves.1 yearThey provide VOIP services over the internet.B Online2 yearsDoes anyone have the phone number for Bonline cancellation? Need to get in touch with their support team.Bonline2 yearsTotal junk, stay clear!2 yearsI gave BOnline a go since they claim to do VoIP calls, but honestly, it was a right mess. They get you signed up, then it turns out their setup doesn't work with BT broadband or EE mobile numbers. Loads of excuses thrown at me, and when I asked for help, they transferred me to some call centre in South Africa that just seemed to enjoy dragging things out. Proper frustrating experience.BOnlineBTEESouth Africa2 yearsHonestly, stay away from Bonline. It's a total waste and not worth your time at all.Bonline3 yearsBrilliant Online calls nonstop. The wretched thing rang me several times throughout the day, though it barely gave me a moment to pick up (my phone only chimed once or twice).
