I keep blocking these numbers on my phone but they just ring me back from another one. I've probably blocked around 30 different numbers all from Portsmouth and London claiming to be about PPI compensation. When I said I knew they were calling from London, they hung up quick. Bad connection but this woman was odd, way too chatty for my taste, going on about some no fault car crash. Had no clue what she was on about. I told her I didn’t buy her “official” story. She just quit bothering me after that.

I kept getting these silent calls so I rang them back and asked where I could send a data subject access request under the DPA. They said their name was "Accident Expert Law" and gave me an address at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 2AX. Google Street View shows it’s just an apartment. I told them to delete my info from their records, but they still phoned me again asking about a car accident.

I received a rather strange call moments ago, claiming I had been involved in a car crash that wasn’t my responsibility. The caller insisted they were reviewing the details of the incident right then and there. I had to tell them that I don’t even own a vehicle! At that point, they simply disconnected. How bizarre!

So I was expecting a ring because I was in an accident and I gave them all my details - name, address, car plate and so on. Supposedly, they were going to email me. Got a call earlier from some automated woman claiming there was an accident I was supposedly involved in, which I haven’t. When I didn’t give the answer she wanted, I was passed over to what sounded like a call centre with Indian accents. I just ended up hanging up. Caller ID showed: 020 3617 8365.

They keep ringing me, using new numbers each time I block one. When I asked how they even got my details, the woman said she just needed me to confirm if I’d been in a car crash. I questioned it again, told her it was rubbish, and she then handed me over to some manager bloke who just hung up when I kept asking. Honestly, I’d love to find out where they keep this so-called road accident database so I can tell them a thing or two.

So, this Acccident Expert Law person called me, with a lot of pauses like they were thinking or something. They told me I’d been involved in an accident, but as soon as I told them that wasn’t true, they just ended the call straight away. Weird.

What an incredibly irritating woman! She rang me up regarding some supposed accident I'd been involved in. I made it crystal clear that I hadn't had an accident at all and requested that she delete my number from her list. Yet, she persisted, asking whether anyone else in my household had experienced an accident. I reiterated my desire to stop receiving her calls and firmly insisted she remove me from her list. Ugh!
