I had exactly the same thing, with the same sums of money. They even tried to charge me three times £60 but luckily my bank blocked it. I cancelled my cards straight away and began a fraud dispute. Then, on 2nd May, the capsules turned up. I sent them back to Harrow as instructed, paying £7.65 for recorded delivery. But this morning, the tablets were delivered back to me along with a note from the post office saying they weren’t collected and had been returned to sender. I've let my bank know, but I’m really not sure what else to do now.

I rang the number and spoke to a bloke named Eli. He promised to cancel the subscription, but when I asked for a refund, he refused, saying the items had already been sent and I’d need to return them first before any refund. I asked where he was from and he claimed South Florida, but his accent didn’t sound right, more Asian to me. I’ve now got in touch with my bank to block the payment and have cancelled my debit card. Their website never mentions ongoing credit card charges. This feels like a total scam and I might lose about £400 if the bank doesn’t block the payment.

Just like loads of others here, I’ve been ripped off for almost £200. I finally managed to speak to someone and they claimed to be from a call centre in Florida, but honestly, the accent sounded Asian so I don’t buy it. I asked for a refund, and they told me the items were already on their way and I’d have to send them back before getting my money. When I asked if they could call the courier and stop the delivery, they flat out refused and told me to return the goods first and then ring back. I pointed out there was no mention of any ongoing payments on their Facebook page, but they just ignored me. Then I requested to chat to a supervisor, who just kept cutting me off. When I asked him to stop, he simply hung up. I’ve now contacted my bank to dispute the charge and cancelled my card. If I don’t get my money back, it’ll be almost £400 down. I’m beyond angry. Honestly, this has got to be a complete con.

What a complete con! I bought some Keto pills for my mum, costs was meant to be about £38, nothing more. Suddenly, my bank sent me a warning about a £198 charge being attempted. I blocked it straight away and called my bank who managed to halt it but somehow, they still managed to take the money anyway. Then they also charged me £6 extra afterward. I had to ring my bank again and get my card cancelled. The customer service lady I spoke to was so frustrating, she wouldn’t give me a refund at all. Proper angry about being ripped off like this, especially since I’m usually very careful with where I spend.

I've managed to get a refund myself! I was charged £198.78 for 5 bottles even though I'd only ordered one. When you ring this number, it tells you to press 9 for customer service - you need to hit 9 straight away to get connected to a call centre overseas, I think it's somewhere in Asia. The people on the line were quite friendly and kept assuring me they'd sort the refund, but nothing ever showed up. After about six weeks of going round in circles, I contacted my card provider and raised a Payment Dispute. A few days later, the money was back in my account.

I also bought the keto stuff and it wasn’t what was shown on the site. Instead, I got a product called Best Health Keto, which in the UK sells for about £13.99. I managed to get through to their helpline around 7pm, but it turned out to be a call centre. They told me to snap a picture of my order and email it to the confirmation address. I’ve done that now and asked for a full refund by returning everything. Fingers crossed it all works out.

Looks like I fell for a dodgy deal. I ordered Keto Extreme under a “buy 3 get 3 free” offer priced at £35.49 each. Instead of being charged £106.47, my card was billed £212.94. Yet they sent me 6 bottles labelled “Best Health Keto,” which is nothing like what I ordered, and the pills inside are a completely different formula. I called the UK numbers they listed, +44 203 617 5304 and +44 203 375 2236, but both were disconnected. The site keto-extreme.com replied to some of my emails, offering £75 back, but when I asked for a return address or reference number to send the pills back, they just ignored me. Their last email said to call their US toll-free number at 833-512-1572 for help with refunds. I’m now planning to contact my credit card company to dispute the payment. Honestly, stay well clear of any Keto sellers claiming ties to Dragon’s Den USA - it's a total trap.

I was told it would only cost £35 but ended up being charged £212.94 and £59.98, which adds up to £272.92! Luckily, since I paid with my Visa, I’ve managed to get some money back through the bank. They’re trying to figure it all out now. The bank told me if the mistake was on their end (fingers crossed), they’ll cover it. Honestly, I only agreed to it because it mentioned Dragons' Den, so I fell for it 😡. Hope everyone else sorts their problems out too, but if it turns out to be my fault, I might have to pay the bank back.

I've had a pretty similar run-in with them. The way they advertise is proper misleading. They show you this discount and I genuinely believed I was getting three bottles for about £54, but nearly £200 came straight out of my account. Then, just last week, another £28.99 disappeared from my bank. Today, to top it off, a parcel with more Keto pills turned up - stuff I never even asked for! She mentioned that the subscription info is detailed in the terms and conditions. I told her my details and why I was calling. Then she asked, ‘would you like to cancel your subscription, ma’am?’ I said yes, please. She told me to hold on and promised to email me a cancellation reference within 24 to 48 hours. She also read the number out to me over the phone. I was bracing myself for a hassle, but actually, it was really straightforward. Now I’m just waiting for that email to come through.
