The chap on the end of the line was exceedingly slick, claiming that since my household hadn't filed any claims on our insurance for our Sky gear, he could offer us a great deal to save some dosh. He kept droning on about how brilliant this saving would be, but when he asked if I thought it sounded enticing, I simply said no, as I'm not the one who handles the bills. I swiftly handed the phone over to my husband. Thank goodness I stayed alert! After a similar encounter a few months back, we decided to reach out to Sky directly and sorted out our insurance with them. What really irks me is the fact that they already know we haven't made any claims. Honestly, I'm becoming quite weary of these persistent calls. They have a knack for targeting older folks, assuming we're a bit muddled in the head. Well, they are sorely mistaken!
