I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent talking about something to do with road traffic management. I couldn't catch all of it before they just dropped the call on me. I tried asking but didn’t get to hear any more.

Right after I posted an ad on Gumtree, I got about four calls from different numbers. They all claimed to be from ‘Aviva Accidents’ and they kept ringing even when I was already talking to another one. Each time, it was something about accidents, all apparently based in India. Quite annoying!

Right after putting my car up for sale on Gumtree, I got 3 calls in like 5 minutes, just like another bloke mentioned here. Thing is, my phone only lets me make calls, not answer them. So I rang back and left a message saying "quit ringing me, you prat."

right after i put an advert on gumtree i got a call from some dodgy insurance company. honestly, it’s best to just ignore stuff like that. not worth the hassle at all.

I put up an ad on Gumtree and soon after, I started getting calls from people I could hardly understand. They kept mentioning some sort of injury claim from an accident within the past couple of years. It was confusing so now I just end the call straight away.

got a call earlier from 08005478961, some Indian guy. he asked for miss ‘first name’ or whoever, and when i said no, i’m Dave, he just hung up without another word. pretty rude if you ask me.
