Got a call from someone saying they were from BT Openreach about my internet. They talked over me so much I had to shout just to get a word in. When I asked how I could be sure it was really BT, the guy suddenly started yelling back at me for raising my voice and then just cut the call. That was enough proof for me he wasn't legit BT.
