Terrible connection with some Indian chatter in the background. The bloke then suddenly said his name was "David" and claimed to be ringing from BT Security. He went on about loads of security warnings from my router. I told him it sounded like complete nonsense, which he just repeated before hanging up. BT never ring from random phone numbers like that, they use proper lines, not ones filled with static and rubbish noise. Plus, routers don't send out alarm alerts. It's definitely a scam.
