I asked them to send a voice recording of our supposed conversation, but he kept pushing that I had spoken to them. When I firmly said I hadn’t and said I wanted to end the call, the bloke suddenly got all aggressive. At first he was really polite and spend ages trying to jog my memory and convince me I agreed to it!
