I received a call purporting to be from Morrisons, claiming I'd won something in their lottery. They then asked for my chosen bank for disbursing the prize money and requested my banking information. At that moment, I ended the conversation and hung up. I've since reported the call and have blocked the number.

It seems I've been chosen for some sort of prize from the Super Lottos. However, I'm convinced it's a con. They'll likely request your sort code and bank account details, only to set up a direct debit without your consent. Best to steer clear!

This number belongs to a company called Super Lottos...it's not something I've come across before.

I inquired about their identity, but they completely brushed me off. They stuck to their rehearsed lines, claiming they were returning a missed call from me, yet I never reached out to them. It was evident I was dealing with a call centre; the background noise was unbearable, and it was quite late-past 7 PM, no less. Quite infuriating, to say the least!
