Absolute scam! They claimed they were from a firm I actually invest in. So, I called the company directly and they said they’ve never come across anyone by that name. The caller said he was John Price from Cooper Barnes Wealth Management. I’m planning to ring them again tomorrow and let them have it proper. Got my whistle ready for a right telling off!

got a call from someone claiming to be with an investment firm askin for my email so they could send yearly reports and supposedly follow up with investment offers. funny thing is, the number they told me to call back wasnt the one they originally called from. i actually rang the real investment company and they had no clue about this guy or his so called company. the number he gave to contact him does pick up, briefly, then just cuts off. another number for questions just rings out loads then straight to voicemail. honest looks like a total scam to me.
