Blaine mentioned he would dispatch an email instead. I proceeded to block the number, so fingers crossed there won't be any further calls.

I can't believe the sheer rudeness! I phoned up looking for a specific person, who happens to be a director at BL Ltd. Not only am I not that chap, but I also certainly don't appreciate being treated so poorly. When I pointed out the mix-up, the bloke just slammed the phone down on me! Frankly, it’s infuriating. I tried to ring up again three more times to lodge a complaint, but each time I spoke to a different person who was just as discourteous, with each of them hanging up on me as well. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If this is how they train their staff to interact with potential customers, it's utterly disgraceful. Just avoid them, folks!

The audacity of them to suggest I had no recourse was infuriating!

A rather foolish individual purporting to represent the "CFS Group" phoned me up, insisting that they needed to talk to the Managing Director about some financial issue. When I inquired if this was a call to introduce their services, I was met with an extremely hostile "No, no, no, that’s not the case at all! We certainly didn’t invite you to make any assumptions, and since you lacked the courtesy to respond to my inquiry, I shall terminate this call and send an email instead." Best of luck with that approach!
