I've got calls just like the ones described here, with the most recent one coming in today. When I asked the person on the line which company they were representing, they suddenly ended the call. I'm definitely going to block their number now.

Got a call claiming to be from Amazon Prime saying they’d taken loads of money from my bank, like hundreds of pounds. Then they told me to press different numbers, which I’m sure would’ve just connected me to another scammer. I’d recommend checking out the BBC iPlayer - they’ve got a documentary about these sorts of scams. Really eye-opening to see how they spin it so nicely. Complete rubbish, just a total scam.
