This morning, my mum got a call from this number about some home improvement stuff. When she said she wasn’t interested, some bloke called Dave started swearing at her, calling her a f***ing b**** and said they’d be sending people over anyway because it was supposedly already scheduled. The thing is, my mum only uses Safeglaze for her home repairs and definitely hasn’t arranged any more jobs with them or anyone else. It really upset and shook her.

Just got a call this arvo from someone claiming to be with FENSA. Got a call from this number saying they were from Safestyle and wanted to inspect my bricks for damp or water damage. I said no thanks, but the bloke kept pushing really hard and then said if I didn’t let them do it, my Safestyle warranty would be void. I rang Safestyle myself and they said that was rubbish, my warranty is fine and they don’t know anything about the company calling me.

On 21st November 2017, I got a call from this number - it was a company called Home Choice Improvements. From what I’ve seen in other comments, they’re linked to Safestyle UK somehow. Having used Safestyle UK before, I was constantly hassled with calls not just from them but also their other brand VIRGO. After telling them off quite a few times, they finally stopped bothering me. I also reported them to a few cold calling complaint sites. Since then, I haven’t had any calls, but if they ring again, I’ll be reporting them once more.

This firm is really annoying, I keep getting calls quite often asking for a Mr Kayhill or Cayhill. I've told them loads of times that he doesn't live here but the calls still come like 2 or 3 times a week, then they stop for a bit and start again. Sometimes they just stay silent on the line. I only ever got that kind of offer from one company I've actually used before. To check if it was legit, I booked a slot for an "area manager, not a regular sales rep" to come by at a specific time. Sure enough, just minutes after I hung up, I got a call from SAFESTYLE UK’s call centre confirming the appointment. He called straight back, saying I was being "rude"! I told him no, it was actually him being rude by not accepting a simple "no". Hung up again. But he rang straight back again. Then they went on about my flat roof and guttering needing work. The salesman clearly needs to retire. Don’t buy into their rubbish about your house absorbing water unless you’re living in a flood! My house is a century old and completely dry! Absolute nonsense.

They called me claiming I’d asked about 2 windows and a door back in 2016 and said I still ‘owed’ £500 or something to use. When I told them I’ve already sorted my windows, they started asking about soffits, roofs and stuff. It just gets annoying, so I ended up hanging up to make them stop.
