This number called me with a recorded message claiming to be from HMRC. They said there was some fraud on my tax account and if I didn't hit 1, I'd face prosecution. Naturally I ignored it and hung up. It's awful how they try to scare people, especially when times are already tough. Absolute lowlife behaviour.

Just got a robo call from this number claiming to be HMRC. They said my tax details were compromised and if I didn’t hit 1, I would face legal trouble. Naturally, I didn’t press anything and they just ended the call. It’s horrible how some people try to manipulate those who aren’t well informed, especially during such difficult periods. Total scumbags.

Got a phone call from someone claiming to be from Sky, saying they needed to update my account. They asked if my bank number was the same, I said yes, then tried to tell me the first 4 digits but they were wrong. Then they asked for my full card number, which I refused to give. The caller just hung up on me. I called Sky afterwards to check and they said it was definitely a scam. I reckon it might be someone from Virgin Media pretending. Just watch out for the number above, it's dodgy!

Got a call from this number earlier, some bloke saying he was from Sky's tech help. He wanted to check if my Sky service was alright and then asked me to confirm my address, which he already had spot on. Said it was so they could send some technical details. Then he offered to cut my bill down to £9 per month if I just handed over my card info! Told him my husband sorts out Sky stuff and I just ended the call. Proper sketchy!

Got a call from someone saying they were from Sky technical support. They mentioned some new deals on Sky Box and other gadgets in the home. Said they could lower our bill but insisted on confirming our address (which they already knew) and suddenly wanted credit card info like VISA or Mastercard. RED FLAG! If Sky ever phones, they’ll always ask for a PASSWORD before accessing any account information.

Some geezer said he was calling from Sky tech help. I wouldn’t give him any info, and then he started cussing at me and just slammed the phone down. Proper rude!
